Using Graphs

To use graphs, go to the Activities menu and click View Graphs.

Seven graphs are provided in the program: Procedure Count from the last 60 days, Procedure Amounts from the last 60 days, Male vs. Female Patients, Number of Appointments by Date, Scheduled Production, Posted Payments, and Posted Payments by Month.

In addition, you can choose the type of graph you want to use. Choose the type that best displays the information contained. For example, bar graph is probably the best choice for the Procedure Count from the last 60 days.

The default is Bar Graph. To change this designation, click the arrow to the right of the words "Bar Graph" and choose one of the following types of graph: Line Graph, Bar Graph, or Pie Graph.

You can save a graph to file or print it by clicking options in the Options bar. The graph is saved as a bitmap (.BMP extension).
