The top left portion of this screen shows six default tabs containing icons which represent procedures.

Choose the tab you need or create one that suits your needs.
To edit or create tabs, right-click the mouse over the middle part of the tab section and choose Add a Tab.

Suppose Janice works for you and is a lovely, but computer-challenged, office worker. Create a tab for her that has only the procedures she needs, so she doesn't have to go looking for them in other tabs. Enter "Janice" in the Tab Name field and click OK.

Here's her tab. Now right-click this blue area and click Add a Code.

Click the Code field and choose a code Janice needs. You can also use established multicodes here by using the MultiCode field.
The Hint box contains the text that pops up when the cursor rests on the icon in the tab. Hopefully it identifies the procedure or group of procedures.
Choose an image to identify this code or multicode by clicking the default image.

For demonstration purposes, the following shows the multicode Initial Adult Visit, using a pink smiley face as the icon (with the popup Hint showing).

Repeat the above process for each code needed in Janice's tab.
To change the order of icons within a tab, just click and drag an icon to the new spot.
You can also remove tabs, rename them, and add or remove codes depicted within the tabs through this same speed menu.
